What We Do
New construction landscaping is the last step before a home is complete. It's the phase that transforms a property from a construction site into a home — and it needs to be done right, on schedule, and within the constraints of a builder's closeout timeline.
Lebanon Scapes works directly with homeowners and builders on new construction projects throughout Wilson County, Rutherford County, and Davidson County. We understand construction timelines, know what the final grade looks like before we get there, and deliver consistently so builders can rely on us across multiple communities.
How It Works
We coordinate with your builder or GC to schedule work around the construction closeout timeline. We understand construction schedules and work within them.
We walk the completed construction site to assess final grade, soil conditions, drainage patterns, and utility locations before developing the landscape plan.
Depending on your closing timeline, we can deliver a complete landscape install or a phased approach that delivers essential items (sod, plantings) before keys are handed over.
We complete all work, clean up thoroughly, and deliver a property that's move-in ready — lawn established, beds planted, irrigation running, hardscape complete.
